Fake IPL Player, Well Pitched, & the Mail Today

Posted by Q at Wednesday, April 29, 2009 No Comments
Here it is, thanks to NC.

First the Fake IPL Player increases the daily hits on Well Pitched.

Actually I should say phenomenally increases them by multiple times!

Then the Fake gets Well Pitched into the Mail Today.

He maybe be detrimental to Kolkata Knight Riders and the other IPL teams, but to us, and I'm sure to other blogs, he has been great!

The Fake IPL Player has created the type of frenzy that I have not witnessed before in the online world.

The best part is that he continues to entertain and his identity continues to remain a mystery.

For the sake of the bloggers, I hope it remains that way!

Fake IPL Player gets us into Mail Today

Posted by Q at Tuesday, April 28, 2009 Pitched (5)
Again!

The last time Mail Today quoted me was when I wrote about the downfall of Australia.

That was in Mail Today's first issue of 2009.

Today, I have been quoted yet again by Mail Today - the article in which I have been mentioned is on Page 37 of the e-paper that can be found here.

The article is by Kunal Doley with the headline, "Is Akash the man behind 'Fake IPL Player' Blog".

Kunal has picked up excerpts from my post about Akash Chopra being sent back to India and his possible connection to the Fake IPL Player.

Ofcourse he has credited Well Pitched.

Thank you Kunal.

Thank you Mail Today.

Thank you Som for pointing me to this.

Well Pitched in the Mail

Posted by Q at Thursday, January 01, 2009 Pitched (6)
What a way to start a new year.

After a heavy night that ended in the early hours of the first morning of 2009, I woke up in the afternoon and as always on weekends picked my berry up to browse through gmail.

There was a comment left by Som from the Doosra mentioning that I had been quoted in the Mail Today - India Today's and Daily Mail's Indian collaboration.

Quite a way to enter 2009 for us at Well Pitched.

The quote can be viewed on the bottom right corner of page 40 here.

Whats mentioned are extracts from this post of mine.

You can also view the image of the quote in the Mail Today over here at BCC! Thank you NC!

Wish all of you the best for 2009 and thank you all for visiting, reading, and commenting here.
